Service Information

As of January 2023, we will be re-opening most of our normal services.

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 20:00-08:00 during term time.
  • You can contact us by Phone, Text, Skype or Email . Please check social media for any service announcements.
  • We are not currently taking drop-ins, nor distributing condoms or pregnancy tests. Our IM service is currently under maintenance, but we expect this to be fixed soon.

We expect that this service may still be subject to some occasional closures owing to volunteer availability. For now, however, we are happy to be back and warmly invite anyone needing someone to listen to get in touch with us when we are open.

Whatever you’re going through, no problem is too big or too small. We’ll never advise, judge you or try to direct you to an outcome we think best. We’ll respect your anonymity and keep everything you say confidential within the Nightline service.

If you need to talk to someone during the hours we are closed, or would like any of the other services offered by Norwich Nightline, please consider using the services listed below.
